Most of the items sold at the She Skates Hard Store are made to order. It takes 2-5 business days to create your order. Once your order is ready, it is shipped out right away.

Items are shipped promptly after being made to order. All orders are sent standard shipping.
Orders to Canada should expect to receive in 5-15 business days.
Orders to USA should expect to receive in 3-11 business days.
My product is damaged, how can I return it?
If your product is damaged, please contact us and let us know what kind of damage there is and we will supply you with an address to return your product. (You will be responsible for the shipping cost). We will then replace your product with the same product that you ordered.
